I wont bore you with a 07 review just yet, that will come next year :-)
I think I have a case of insomnia, can you get an acute case of this?? unsure, but whatever it is it's driving me crazy. Saturday morning I woke up at 1.30 am and couldn't go back to sleep instead I watched Foxtel until 5 am, learning all about how they made that 7 Star hotel in Dubai and the construction of the Queen Mary 2, pretty interesting but not something I wanted to do at time of morning.
I did manage a bit of a kip throughout the day but had a damn headache aswell, I finally got rid of it and later that evening felt good enough to go for a run. I decided to try some music for a change, and to be honest I really enjoyed it. I did seem to get excited when some good tunes come on though and found myself running a pace that really isn't that ideal for training and had to slow myself.
Anyway I clocked another 10k around the neighbourhood and was much easier than the previous 10k I did. It was also 1 minute quicker finishing it in 44.05 (4.25/k).
About an hour later my headache returned, I did sleep better that night but woke up with really sore eyes or rather eye area. It hurts when I need to turn my head and bright lights also annoy me. It feels like someone has punched me and my eye sockets are bruised, I also have sensitive skin on parts of my body aswell. Could this be a migraine or some sort of sinus thing?? I dont have any other symptoms though.
I hope it disappears soon in any case as it is driving me insane, well thats enough of me whinging, I hope in the next few days I can get out there and actually have something decent to write about.

At least you're spoilt for choice re - which channel to watch. I was up at the same time though I was watching West Ham beat Man U, so not very happy.
I cope headaches on a regular basis which seem to gravitate around my eyes, it's either one side or the other. I call these eye-strains as well. I think, but I'm not completely sure, that mine maybe due to when bordering on dehydration. Anyway, some food for thought.
Anyway, happy new year and all that sort of stuff.
Can't wait to see Super Sam flying around the 5k circuit at BRRC!
